Servicing Compliance Partners LLC (“we,” “us”) runs this website at servicingcompliance.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, how we use that information, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because the practice is simple: we collect what we need to respond to you, and nothing more.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the discovery call form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company, role, where you are in default servicing, revenue range, the programs you serve, and the concern you describe. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address. When you complete the Operational Stress-Test, your fifteen answers are scored in your browser; nothing is transmitted to us unless you choose to enter your email address at the results step, in which case we receive that address and your five dimension scores so we can send you your report.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, WordPress.com (Automattic), collects standard server logs and aggregate site statistics through Jetpack. These tell us things like which pages are visited and from what general region. They don’t give us a profile of you as an individual. If you request an emailed Stress-Test report, your IP address is used transiently to limit automated abuse of the send function; it is held for no more than one hour and is not linked to your results.
How we use it
We use form submissions to respond to your inquiry, prepare for your discovery call, and follow up with you about the conversation you requested. If you request an emailed Stress-Test report, we use your email address and scores to generate and deliver that single report; a copy is delivered to our own mailbox so we can respond knowledgeably if you contact us about your results. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to anything. We use newsletter signups to send you the newsletter you asked for. We use aggregate statistics to understand how the site is used. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who processes it for us
A few service providers process information on our behalf: WordPress.com (Automattic) hosts this site and provides Jetpack statistics and form handling. Calendly handles discovery call scheduling; when you book a time, the information you enter is processed under Calendly’s privacy policy. Beehiiv manages our newsletter subscriptions and delivery. Our email is hosted by Titan through WordPress.com. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of functional cookies set by our hosting platform. We don’t run advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. Jetpack statistics are first-party and aggregate.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@servicingcompliance.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we’ll honor them.
Retention
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as they’re useful for the business relationship they relate to, then delete them. Newsletter subscriptions persist until you unsubscribe.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted plainly.
